chin strap came loose during hockey shift, ref called a 2 min penalty, no chance to do it up, why?
Third period tied game, player on ice already, strap done up when he started shift,obviously came undone during shift-ref called a 2 min penalty, No opportunity was given to identify the problem or allow a second to fix it, just straight to the box. This was a Midget Houseleague Tournament not Rep, Is this rule followed by all cities?
in fact this penalty has NEVER been called in our Alliance ever in over 11 yrs my son has played hockey, so I doubt it a League RULE or we would have had it called on many people for yrs
This is weird. It seems the ref just really wanted to call a penalty lol. But this rule doesn’t apply to us in Toronto
